Peppered Mackerel fillets
Dill or Chives
Crostini (Slices of crusty bread oven baked with olive oil)
Verrine ( Small glass for serving in )
Take the peppered mackerel fillets put them in a food processor and whizz with some cream cheese, dill or chives, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish.
Serve in a jar or verrine with a couple of crostini on the side.
For Lactose Free – use dairy free cream cheese – Alpro brand, or soya based yoghurt.
