Terms and Conditions
-This contest is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Victory Online their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the contest are not eligible to participate.
-To participate, listeners must nominate a friend or colleague by sending their name and location, along with a unique code-word, via WhatsApp or email to Victory Online. Only one entry per listener is permitted.
-Each day, a random draw will select a pair of participants (both the nominator and the nominee). Once the names are announced on-air, the nominee has 30 minutes to respond via WhatsApp or email with the correct code-word provided by the nominator.

-The prize for each winning pair is £50. If the nominee provides the correct code-word within the allotted time, they are deemed the winner and can decide how to split the prize with their nominator. If the correct code-word is not provided, the prize will be forfeited.
– We reserve the right to ask a follow-up question related to the station or a recently played music track to verify the contestant’s authenticity. Failure to correctly answer may result in disqualification.
– Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or received after the draw will not be eligible. Additionally, if the nominee fails to respond with the correct code-word within the 30-minute window, the entry will be disqualified.
–Any personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion and will not be shared with third parties without consent. Information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
– Victory Online reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
-By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The decision of Victory Online in all matters relating to the contest is final.
