We are thrilled to welcome Adam Cole to our Victory Online family.  He will be entertaining you between 1pm and 3pm on Saturday from his current home in the jewel of Arabia, the Sultanate of Oman. Portsmouth presenters for Portsmouth people.  Though he may be separated from Portsmouth by distance he is still in his heart a Pompey boy.  He’ll be bringing to you an entertaining show featuring guests from Oman talking about everything from astronomy to zoology. A flavour of the Middle East from the perspective of an international radio presenter with Portsmouth in his heart.

You may remember Adam from his Portsmouth days playing with bands such as Just Kooks, Eclipse, Baby Snakes, Derek Dodd Trio, Skratch Duo, Jellybeans, The Chapps and more recently playing at the Victorious Festival as an opening act.

Adam Cole entered the world of radio in 1988 as a radio DJ for Capital Radio (Abu Dhabi)  and since then has enjoyed a wide and varied career working in education, music and radio both locally and internationally. Currently he is the only English radio DJ working for OMAN FM – the Nation’s Station, Oman 90.4 FM. His morning show, Good Morning Oman attracts a varied audience and so his presenting style is uniquely tailored to keep his listener entertained and engaged.  Adam’s show attracts some of the highest spending advertisers due to his consistently high ratings and his in-depth understanding of the needs of his sponsors.

Adam brings his unique experience and understanding to bear when training and mentoring others in the art of presenting and all things radio, encouraging an understanding of what the audience and management want.

With a music Masters from Berklee College, Boston Massachusetts and being a Certified Rock School teacher as well as being a fully qualified music teacher, Adam is an all round entertainer who never fails to engage his audience and entertain his listeners with interesting and detailed interviews or with some of the best “Classics for Jurassics” to the latest new releases.
